This module is part of the All Inclusive Module Suite within Synchro ERP.
The Synchro ERP 'Furnace Recipe Optimization' module enables foundries to plan and execute their melts based on the optimum blend of available and costed materials that produces the lowest total cost for delivering each individual charge to the stated Specification.
As a Software provider to the foundry industries around the world for over 40 years, Synchro ERP has fully developed this module in house. The algorithms coded into the Software have been thoroughly bench tested against world class leading independent software offering similar functionality. The resulting melt recommendations made by the various software were found to be very closely matched if not better.
The Synchro ERP 'Furnace Recipe Optimization' module may be used as a stand alone or in conjunction with the Furnace Control module.
