What’s your favourite animal?

You might think it is quite a random question until I tell you I came face to face with a koala.

Sure, they are not up to much, eating eucalyptus leaves and sleeping as their main activities but go on I dare you. Look at one and hear the ahhh, cute and general noises of loving exclamation from the ladies. Men, show your good ladies a  picture of a koala and stand by…

  Salamanca is a city in the North West of Spain near the Portuguese border. It is about 700km from where I live but I managed to do it in a day driving across country and avoiding motorways where possible.
